"Exceptional"
There was a nice choice of dishes for breakfast - a mixture of local and foreign food. It was always fresh and plenty of it. The location is good. Not directly on a main road but easy to reach and also near a Metro Station. Although it is a crowded street because of the many colleges in the neighbourhood, the hotel itself is very quiet.

Our stay at Horus Hotel Zamalek was excellent. The best thing is the location, it's in the center of Zamalek area, which is quiet and full of restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and lovely. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Horus Hotel Zamalek and would totally recommend it.

Horus is in a good location in Zamalek. The hotel is very clean but needs improvement in introducing some items since the hotel is pricey

The worst hotel you can choose to spend your vacation, the rooms are dirty and have a stench and mold, the staff is uncooperative and they try to defraud you, I did not feel safe with them, I finished the reservation and left before the date

Horus House is in a great location in Zamalek, and we did a lot of exploring the surrounding streets and sites. Its clean, quiet, and the staff were really lovely. We had a beautiful view of a tree filled courtyard.

We genuinely loved staying at Horus House and were sad to leave! Huge thanks to the staff members, every single one of whom was so warm and fun to talk to, and who helped us with any and all questions we had. It was very easy for us to feel at home and were looking forward to coming back here on future Cairo visits. Rooms, both superior and standard, were kept nice and clean. For relaxing in the evenings or mornings there is the spacious shared balcony to sit comfortably in the shade with a lovely view. The location in Zamalek is great, too: walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and cafs and to the legendary record shops in the Egyptian Towers down the road.

Horos Hotel is located in Zamalel in Ismael Mohamed street, beside the restaurants and pubs, in the 4. floor and inside the Hotel and the room its so quit, you dont hear anything from outsite or from others.

A hidden gem in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Dont be fooled by the inconspicuous outer appearance. This quaint place has a very comfortable and high standard atmosphere, with an old school guesthouse flair, (and I mean that in a positive way, theyre authentic). Very clean and quiet rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming, never intrusive. They gave me very personal and respectful treatment that I enjoyed so much as a solo traveller. They also have a nice balcony facing a quiet backyard.
